Do I need a license or background check to buy firearms from you?
Yes. Firearms sales are highly regulated. For handguns, rifles, and shotguns shipped within the U.S., buyers must complete the required background check through a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). We will arrange transfer to a local FFL dealer of your choice — you must complete all FFL paperwork and pass the background check before taking possession. Local, state, and federal laws vary; buyers are responsible for knowing and following laws in their area.
Can you ship firearms and ammunition to my address?
Shipping rules depend on the item and the destination. Firearms must be shipped to an FFL dealer (not to a residential address) in most jurisdictions. Ammunition shipping is restricted in some states and to certain carriers; some carriers will not transport ammunition to PO boxes. We will confirm carrier availability and any restrictions before checkout. If an item cannot legally be shipped to your address, we’ll notify you and offer alternatives.
What are the age and eligibility requirements?
By law, you must meet minimum age and eligibility requirements to purchase firearms. In the U.S., buyers must generally be 21+ for handguns and 18+ for most long guns, but state laws may set higher ages. Certain persons (e.g., convicted felons, persons with certain restraining orders, or those adjudicated mentally unfit) are prohibited from purchasing firearms. You must provide valid ID and complete any required background checks through the FFL.
What is your returns and safety policy?
For safety and legal reasons, returns are limited. Unfired, unopened items may be eligible for return within a set period, contact us first. Firearms returning to us must be transferred through an FFL and inspected before refunds are issued; a restocking fee may apply. Ammunition and personalized or modified firearms are generally non-returnable.
